Resetting your Student Password
For security purposes, password reset requests are handled in-school, face-to-face. Students should ask any teacher to reset their school network password. They will then log onto a school computer to create a new password.
The newly created password will take effect immediately for school computers. It will also be used for Office 365 resources, such as OneDrive and email through Outlook, however it may take fifteen to twenty minutes for the new password to synchronise with these tools.
For SatchelOne/ShowMyHomework password resets, students should email Mrs Digan at email@example.com using their school email account. Curriculum-specific passwords should ask the appropriate teacher, such as maths teachers for Hegarty Maths, etc.
