Crawley Town FC Players visit to help with our paired readers scheme

The recent visit by players from Crawley Town FC was an overwhelming success.

They worked with a number of students who will be involved in the paired reading scheme, either as readers or literacy champions.

Behaviour was impeccable and the players were really impressed with the quality of the questions being asked by our students.

The team have also donated a number of books to our library and will be back in the summer to hand out awards/certificates to celebrate progress made by students in the scheme.
