The Holy Trinity Church of England Secondary School

Local Clergy visit to see school life.

On Thursday 19th Jan we had the pleasure of welcoming twelve members of the local clergy, including the Bishop of Horsham and the Archdeacon, to our school for a ‘Clergy Tea’. The aim of the event was to encourage the leaders of the churches in our area to come and get a small insight into the life of the school.

We had a wonderful afternoon, which included a short tour of the school and our guests being entertained by some of our incredibly talented musicians and singers. We were so very proud of our students and it was a joy to hear our guests speak so highly of them – both of their talent and the confident engaging way they had led the groups on the tour.

It was good to discuss the Christian ethos and how we can work together with our local clergy. A big vote of thanks must go to Mr Hall and his able musicians for their support at this event.
