New Parents Evening Manager system now in place to book your parents’ evening appointments.

We have started to use Parents Evening Manager on ParentMail. This application allows you to book your parents’ evening appointments from your smartphone, tablet or computer. You will be alerted instantly once an appointment booking goes live and will be able to select the appointment times that are convenient to you. The system is all very straight-forward, but if you need help you can visit the ParentMail help site: https://www.parentmail.co.uk/help/parenthelp/

Please note that in order to book appointments you will need to be registered on ParentMail. If you haven’t received a registration email please contact the school office who will be happy to help. Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone or tablet, we would highly recommend that you download the ParentMail App so that you can book appointments on your phone as soon as the appointment booking goes live. To do this, simply search for “ParentMail” or “ParentMail Holy Trinity School” in your App store.

Parents evenings are a crucial part of our reporting cycle and will give you an opportunity to discuss the expectations, progress and targets for your child during this academic year and to raise any concerns you may have.  Once the appointments for these evenings are live you will receive an invitation via Parents Evening Manager. Please choose the most convenient times for you but please be aware that appointments will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you have more than one child at this school please allow sufficient time for movement between appointments.

All students and parents are asked to attend these evenings. To allow teachers to meet with all parents and students, appointments will be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes. If you feel that a longer appointment is required or if a meeting with the Director of Learning would be beneficial please contact them via the staff directory page on the school web-site. http://www.holytrinity.wsussex.sch.uk/Staff-Directory/

On the evening staff will be available to tell you more about ParentMail; Show My Homework and the SIMS Learning Gateway. 

There will also be the opportunity for you to offer feedback to us via questionnaire sheets, which will be located in reception. It would be greatly appreciated if these could be completed and left with us on the night. We look forward to welcoming you.
