The Holy Trinity Church of England Secondary School

November Remembrance Service

In November, just before 11.00 a.m. Holy Trinity went quiet as we paused to remember those who have given their lives in armed conflict. Assembling in Beith Court, staff and students of all ages and backgrounds came together to remember and participate in our commemorations.

A whole week of assemblies were held on the theme of remembrance as, once more, we reflected on the huge cost of maintaining peace and our responsibility in ensuring we all do what we can to avoid such conflict. ”It really made me think” said one young student, while another commented on how moving the event had been.
